扩展多库增删查改的AS函数。修复默认库没有TenantAttribute特性，调用AS函数异常的问题

框架自带的实体类是没有TenantAttribute特性的， entityType.GetCustomAttribute().configId.ToString(); 这个会直接抛异常的。
